APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

If contaminated, use a clay bar to clean. If paint correction is required, do so before application.
**For trim and plastics this step is not necessary**

Wash and completely dry surfaces to be coated.

Clean the paint using a 50% IPA (isopropyl alcohol) to water mix in a trigger sprayer. Mist the paint then wipe down with a microfiber towel.

Wipe on coating by hand using the provided sponge or coating block, panel by panel.

After wiping on, wait 30-60 seconds to flash (depending on temperature) then buff off with a microfiber towel.
**For trim and plastic KOTE product, time to flash is 10-30 seconds**

Wait 20 minutes before driving and 6 hours before getting wet. Don't wash until fully cured, your coating will continue to cure for 3 days.
*These instructions apply to both automotive and marine applications. Always wear protective gear such as gloves, eye wear and a respirator. Also make sure you work in a well ventilated area with access to fresh air. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces and open flames and no smoking.
